Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DCApps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the FomoTrading mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”) and the website at fomotrading.pro (the “Website”).
FomoTrading is a crypto trading simulator. All balances, trades and prizes in the App are virtual. The App does not process payments, does not connect to any brokerage or exchange account and never places real orders.
1. Who we are
The App and the Website are operated by DCApps, who is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@fomotrading.pro.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
- Anonymous account. When you first open the App, we create an anonymous account with Firebase Authentication. It is identified by a random user ID and lets us save your progress without asking you to register.
- Sign in with Google or Apple. If you sign up or sign in, we receive an account identifier and the email address of that account from the provider. With Sign in with Apple you may choose to share a private relay address instead of your real email. Google may also provide the name and profile photo of your Google account; they are kept in our authentication records but are not shown or used in the App. We never receive your password.
- Profile. The display name you enter and the avatar you choose in the App.
2.2 Game data
Your virtual balance, open positions and trade history, rank and rank rewards, daily reward streak, Fortune Wheel and Slot Machine progress (such as free spins), counters for rewarded videos, your “Notify Me” choices for upcoming games, and the dates of these events. Game data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and linked to your user ID.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Push notification token. If you tap “Notify Me” and allow notifications, we store your device’s Firebase Cloud Messaging token with your account so we can tell you when the feature is available.
- Advertising data. The App shows ads, including optional rewarded videos, through AppLovin MAX. AppLovin and its advertising partners may collect your device’s advertising identifier (the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; the Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model, operating system, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about the ads you see and interact with.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase, Amplitude and our own analytics service (Metrix) to understand how the App is used. They collect an app instance ID, our random user ID, events such as screens viewed, trades opened and closed, spins, claimed rewards and ad impressions (including ad revenue), the session number, device and app information (model, vendor, operating system version, language and country), and approximate location.
- Attribution. Adjust and the Meta (Facebook) SDK tell us which ad campaign, if any, led you to install the App, and measure how the App is used after that. They may collect your device’s advertising identifier (the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; the Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device and app information, and the install and app-open events. On iOS, install attribution also runs through Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which reports no device identifiers.
- Crash reports. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash traces, device state, operating system and App version, together with our random user ID, so we can fix errors.
- Market data requests. The App loads live prices directly from Binance’s public market data service. Like any internet request, these requests reveal your IP address to Binance; they contain no account or game information.
- Website. The Website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting) processes your IP address and browser information in server logs to deliver the pages.
2.4 Information stored only on your device
Your language setting and the counters that decide when to ask you to rate the App (including a mark you give in our own rating dialog) stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App. When you rate the App in the Apple or Google review sheet, the review is handled by Apple or Google; we do not receive it through the App.
2.5 What we do not collect
We do not collect payment details, contacts, photos, precise location, or credentials for any exchange, wallet or brokerage account.
3. How we use information
- To provide the App, save your progress and restore it when you sign in on another device.
- To run game features such as trades, rewards, ranks and mini-games, and to enforce their rules and daily limits.
- To show ads, grant rewards for rewarded videos, and — with your consent where required — personalise ads.
- To understand how the App is used, balance its virtual economy and improve it.
- To detect, investigate and fix crashes and technical problems.
- To send push notifications you asked for.
- To prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the App and keep your account and game data;
- Legitimate interests — for analytics, crash reporting, security and showing non-personalised ads, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — for personalised advertising, tracking on iOS and push notifications. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 5);
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to process or keep information.
5. Advertising and your choices
- Consent message. Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent to personalised advertising before ads are loaded, using a consent message built on Google’s User Messaging Platform.
- iOS tracking. On iOS, the App asks for permission to track through App Tracking Transparency. You can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s Google or Ads settings.
- Ad choices. Ads may carry an information icon that explains why you see them and how to opt out.
If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. Rewarded videos are always optional.
6. How we share information
We share information only as described here:
- Service providers that operate parts of the App for us, listed below.
- Advertising partners that serve ads through AppLovin MAX, as described in section 5.
- Legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- With your consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing advertising identifiers with ad networks as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; you can opt out through the choices in section 5 or by contacting us.
7. International transfers
Our service providers process information in the United States and other countries that may not offer the same level of protection as your country. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention and deletion
- Account and game data are kept for as long as your account exists.
- Analytics data and crash reports are kept for a limited period set by those services (for example, Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days).
- Deleting your account. In the App, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This deletes your game data and your authentication record; for Apple accounts it also revokes the App’s access to your Apple ID. Deletion cannot be undone. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to support@fomotrading.pro.
- An anonymous account cannot be recovered once the App is uninstalled. To keep your progress across devices, sign in with Google or Apple first; to remove it, delete the account before uninstalling.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including for advertising;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fomotrading.pro. We may need to verify that the request comes from the owner of the account.
10. Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections, and access to game data is restricted to the account it belongs to. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the App or on the Website.
